Cultivating Soil and Soul
Gita Valley: Cultivating Soil and Soul
Gita Valley is a non-profit organization with a rich history dating back to 1974. Established as "Gita Nagari Eco Farm and Sanctuary," we have evolved into a pioneering force in sustainable agriculture and compassionate living. Our commitment to the sanctity of all life, environmental stewardship, and personal growth has made us a beacon of hope and transformation in a world facing unprecedented challenges.
Our Legacy of Compassion
Gita Valley stands as the proud home of the first USDA Certified slaughter-free dairy farm in North America. While others may lay claim to similar certifications, our dedication to the welfare of our animals surpasses industry standards, ensuring that our cows live well beyond the average lifespan. Our mission is not just to produce dairy products, but to provide a sanctuary where every being is valued and respected.
